WHERE THE CIVIL WAR IS RAGING
The northern and southern rebel armies have met at Valladolid, about 75 miles south-west of Burgos, the seat of the rebel Government. Rebel columns are approaching Malaga (bottom centre) from two sides* At Oviedo (top left) the rebels are strongly* resisting loyal miners armed with dynamite. The estimated casualties to date are 20,000 dead and 14,000 wounded,
