INSTRUCTIONAL TOUR NEXT SUMMER (Received August 20, 12.30 a.m.) SYDNEY August 19. W. Fleming, of Brisbane, the 110 yards national champion swimmer of Australia, and Arthur O’Connor, champion diver, of New South Wales, will ‘ accompany' Dudley Hellmrich on a coaching and instruetional tour of New Zealand next summer, probably leaving Sydneylin early December.
