COMMITTEE ELECTED AT GERALDINE
♦ A meeting of the supporters of the New Zealand National party was held in Geraldine on Thursday evening. The Mayor (Mr B. R. Macdonald) was in the chair. The member for Temuka (Mr T. D. Burnett) addressed the meeting, and introduced Mr S. G. Holland, M.P., who gave an address. A committee of 19 was elected. Mr G. P. Loach was appointed secretary of the committee.
