(Received June 16, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 15. The Johannesburg correjpondent of the “Morning Post” says that recruiting for the German army in South-west Africa continues in spite of public protests. If the contestants refuse to accept their decision the papers are to be sent to Germany for final judgment.
