There was a large attendance and excellent racing. The tctalisator investments were £7094, compared with £6oßs on the second day last yea*. Clark, of Winton, owner of the trotter Stirling Lady, against the decision of the New Zealand Trotting Association in dismissing her appeal from a decision of the Wyndhaxn Trotting Club is now announced.' The judges, Messrs B. S. Irwin, A. C. Hanlon, and J. S.
