ADDINGTON PUBLIC LIBRARY
Twenty-two new subscribers were reported at the monthly meeting of the Addington Public Library committee. Mr J. E, Colechin presided. Eightyeight new books had been placed on the shelves. The treasurer reported that the finances of the library were in a satisfactory position. Plans for the rearrangement of the library to afford better supervision were approved, and a sub-committee consisting of the president, secretary, and treasurer was set up to obtain quotations for the necessary alterations. The secretary reported that a gift of 12 books had been received from Mrs H. Lane.
