FIRST ATTEMPT FAILS
REFLOATING HERZOGIN CECILIE (Received June 11, 5.5 pi.m.) LONDON, June 10. The first attempt to refloat the Herzogin Cecilie failed. Two tugs tried for four hours, but thick fog led to the abandonment of operations.
