TN the matter of “The Christchurch District Drainage Act Amendment, 1922,” and IN THE MATTER of the Special Area described in a Resolution of the Christchurch Drainage Board dated the, Seventeenth day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the Twenty-sixth day of April, 1923, and as altered by Resolutions of the Christchurch Drainage Board dated the Fifteenth day of February, 1927, the Twenty-first day of June, 1927, the Sixteenth day of April, 1930, the Sixteenth day of February, 1932, the Twenty-first day of March, 1933, and the Nineteenth day of November, 1935, and published in the New Zealand Gazettes Nos. 11, 54, 37, 14, 23, and 89 of the Third day of March, 1927, the Twenty-eighth day of July, 1927, the Twenty-second aay of May, 1930, the Twenty-fifth day of February, 1932, the Sixth day of April, 1933, and the Fifth day of December, 1935, respectively, known as the Sewerage Extension Loan Special Rating Area. Pursuant to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, Section 5, Subsection (f), the Christchurch Drainage Board hereby resolves that the boundaries of the said Special Area as defined by Resolution of the Board dated the Seventeenth day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the Twentysixth day of April, 1923, and as altered by Resolutions of the Christchurch Drainage Board dated the Fifteenth day of February, 1927, the Twentyfirst day of June, 1927, the Sixteenth day of April, 1930, the Sixteenth day of February, 1932, the Twenty-first day of March, 1933, and the Nineteentn day of November, 1935, and published in the New Zealand Gazettes Nos. 11, 54, 37, 14, 23, and 89 of the Third day of March, 1927, the Twenty-eighth day of July, 1927, the Twenty-second day of May, 1930, the Twenty-fifth day of February, 1932, the Sixth day of April, 1933, and the Fifth day of December, 1935, respectively, (hereinafter referred to as the Special Area), shall be further altered so as to include in the said Special Area all that Area more particularly described in' the Schedule hereto, and further resolves that the said area shall form part of and be included in the Subdivision “B” of the said Special Area and the boundaries of the said Subdivision “B” shall be altered accordingly so as to include therein ail that area more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE. ALL 'that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 22.3 perches, more or less, and being Lot 4, Plan Number 5960, and Lot 6, Plan Number 7811, deposited in the Office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch, and being part of Rural Section 73, situated in Block XV., Christchurch Survey District, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 348, folio 78, and volume 446, folio 117, respectively; aiso a part of Rural Section 54, situated in Block XV., Christchurch Survey District, being all the land contained in Certificates of Title volume 363, xolio 102, and volume 367, folio 171, Canterbury Registry.
