The New Zealand High Commissioner (Sir James Parr), during a welcome to a delegation of New Zealand farmers at Thomas Cook’s, expressed the opinion that the Anglo-Dominion trade agreement should be more bilateral. “If two dominions have different tariffs against Britain it is not right that both should receive similar treatment,” he said.
