COLLEGE MUSIC AWARD
GIFT OF MRS J. S. ALABASTER A gift of £IOO from Mrs J. S. Alabaster for the founding of a prize in music at Canterbury University College was accepted by the college council at its meeting yesterday. The council decided to express to Mrs Alabaster its very sincere appreciation of her continued generosity tb the college in making this gift. The prize will be known as the Ala-baster-Knowles Prize.
