WELLINGTON, May 5. A meeting of shareholders of the Associated Motorists' Petrol Company, held to-day for the purpose of electing two directors, was adjourned. after the minutes had been read, until May 19.
Mr Charles Todd, who presided, said everyone present was aware that an action had been brought in court for an injunction restraining the meeting, and until the decision of the court was made known it was advisable that the meeting should be adjourned.
