The property comprises low tussock downs with 240 acres of ploughable ground, is well fenced, and subdivided with standard wire fences, and watered by creeks. . The buildings comprise 8-roomed Homestead, with all conveniences, stable, men's whare, garage, shed, woolshed, sheep yards, and dip, all in fair order. The homestead and buildings ere well sheltered with plantations. The property is situated 31 miles from Ashburton, and 6 miles from the Cavendish Railway Station at Mount Somers.
