canterbury college STUDENTS The award of two scholarships was decided by the C l College Council at its meeting yesier day. It was decided that, as Miss & Sheppard had declined the Robert Bell scholarship), it should be offered tenable from the end of the trM .term, was awarded to Miss E. A. Flmt.
