KITTEN SHOW

HEW ZEALAND CAT CLUB The New Zealand Cat Club held the annual young stock show on Saturday. All the exhibits were of a splendid type, and the judge had some difficulty in placing the best kitten, the award (the Erica Cup) being given to a two-months-old exhibit owned by Mrs G. Burrowes, ■with Mrs T. • Johnson’s exhibit runnerup. There were also classes lor needlework and cookery. Mrs G, Radford acting as judge lor the kitten and cookery section, and Mrs S. M. Dimond in the needlework section. The following are the awards:— Registered Persians—Light male, under lour months: Mrs T. Johnson 1. Light female, under four months: Mrs G. Burrowe3 1.
