ALONE IN SHED OF BLAZING HAY

(FBISS ASSOCIATION TILBOEAM.) TAUMARUNUI, March 28. Lorelei Margaret Spring, aged six years, living with her grandmother, Mrs Sheehan, was burnt to death this afternoon. Apparently the child was playing alone in a shed stacked with hay in which fire broke out. The blaze was seen by neighbours, who sent for the brigade, and the tragic discovery was of the child’s body among the ruins of the shed, which was a blazing inferno. It is not known how the fire originated.
