The common neglect of Christchurch motorists to signal when they were leaving the kerb was commented on by Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday morning, when dealing with a motorist charged with the offence. .He said that he had taken note of the practice of motor, ists and had found that hardly 10 per cent, signalled as they-left' the kerb. He added that in future it would have to. be treated as a serious offence, though would order the present to pay costs only*
