LEAP YEAR BABIES
(FBI3S ASSOCIATION TXLIGEAM.) WELLINGTON, March 7. At least nine babies were born in Wellington on February 29, and another was born at Masterton. As births heed not be registered for 60 days, it is possible that there are several more -leap -year babies in the province.
