DELIVERY OP OVERSEAS LETTERS (PUESS , ASSOCIATION TKUMtKAU.) WELLINGTON, March 7. Elaborating his statement about the proposal to inaugurate an inland air mail service in the Dominion, the Post-master-General (the Hon, F. Jones) said to-day that arrangements would be made for inward overseas air mails to be conveyed by the inland air services :in the Dominion when the delivery of such correspondence, would be facilitated. ~
