INVESTITURE IN SAMOA
NATIVE HONOURED (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, February 22. The Apia correspondent of the United Press Association states that ah interesting ceremony took place at Fono House on February 12, when the Hon. Mataafa, M.L.C., on whom the order of Officer of the British Empire had been conferred in the birthday honours last year, was invested by Mr A. C. Turnbull, Acting-Admin-istrator.
