JAPANESE ADMIRAL ENTERTAINED
(Received February 23, 8.16 p.m.) SINGAPORE, February 22. Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Little, Commander-in-Chief of the China Station, had tea ashore with Admiral Nagano and the Japanese delegates to the Naval Conference. Admiral Nagano continues to Japan tonight.
