At : the Victoria Park Racing Club's meeting to-day, the* first division of the Maiden Juvenile-Handicap, for two-year-olds, four furlongs and a half, was won by Royal Helena 8-7, with Chief Comedian (Chief Ruler—Comedy Queen) second, and Jean Harlow third. There were 18 starters, and Royal Helena won by four lengths in 56Jsec. 'Sir Regent was unplaced in the second division, and Prendegast was second in the third division, in which Florence Nightingale was -unplaced. Master Brierly was unplaced in the living Handicap. Collstar and Sir Walter, were unplaced In the Encourage Handicap, and Miss Nottava was unplaced in the Victoria Park . Handicap.

The Victoria Amateur Turf Club's autumn meeting was concluded at Caulfield to-day.

Regular Bachelor scored a convincing win in the Caulfield Futurity Stakes after Cuddle appeared to have the race in her keeping. Cuddle, showed, however, a creditable effort, as she came from last place to lead into the straight, and she finished in front of several first-class sprinters. Regular Bachelor is a Queenslander, who had not previously given of his best when racing away from his home city, but his effort stamped him as a horse of great class. Principal results were:—

Another Sydney jockey was suspended by the Melbourne stewards when Darby Munro, who was to have ridden Gay Blonde in the Newmarket Handicap, Cuddle in the Australian Cup, and the unbeaten Fidelity in the Sires' Produce Stakes, was suspended for a month on a charge of causing interference by his mount, Cuddle, as she went to the front approaching the turn in the Futurity Stakes.
