j GYMNASIUM CLASSES FOR r .boys'." .■;'.;:'".'"•- I ; Year by year the .Young Men's Christian Association's gymnasium classes for boys have become more and more popular, as it is recognised that scientific physical culture- is One of the best ways of building up an all-round physique; Mr George Harknpss, who has recently been appointed physical director at the Y.M.C.A., comes to Christchurch with a wide experience in this work, and especially in classes for boys. The classes will commence as follows:-: i Boys, under 12, Saturday. Employed boys, Saturday, March 7, at 7 p.m.,.for club work upstairs, and gymnasium at 8.30 p.m,i Very often* parents desire to interview the physical director before their boys commence class work, and an opportunity has been made .for this. Mr Harkriess" will be available to interview riarents between 7 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. Monday, February 24, and Friday, February 28. The fee of 7s 6d per annum is reasonable, and in the case Of boys over 12 years of age, this also includes membership in the Boys* Gordon Hall.
