SUCCESSFUL TELEVISION
(Received February 16, 9.59 p.m.) BERLIN, February 15. The Post Office successfully "televised" by land wires the image of a person speaking into a telephone. A picture of 180 lines of definition was transmitted over 240 miles, with 25 changes a second.
