150 BURNED TO DEATH
FIRE IN TIENTSIN SLUMS
TIENTSIN, February 14. Only two could be identified out of 150 old and poor persons who were burned to death when sleeping on matting in charity huts in the slum area of the city. A high wind caused the fire to ( devastate in an hour an area a quarter of a mile square.
