EGYPTIAN TREATY NEGOTIATIONS
DELEGATION APPOINTED
CAIRO, February 13. A rescript has been issued appointing a delegation of 13, headed by Nahas Pasha (leader of the Wafd) with full powers to negotiate a treaty with Britain. The difficulty over procedure has been overcome by an undertaking that if the negotiations fail, both Governments will do their utmost to prevent friendly relations being disturbed. _______
