WORK OF THE GOOD SAMARITANS

“Another Christmas Mission has passed. This Ih the third year of work. Our club was the third on the list to start Christmas Mission work. , , . . . “Last year we set ourselves to break pur record of the Preyious two years, and succeeded in doing so. We dressed and sold a d<Jl, and received £1 9s for it. New toys were purchased with the money. Our aim was new toys, and altogether we sent in 181 new toys, and a suitcase of books that we, termed ‘second-hand, though all were in good condition. , “Edna, Leicester and myself are the club members, and Mrs Wmtley has helped a great deal. Of course mother and daddy, too, are always more than willing to help us, and encourage us in every way. They “el I bil lhrill o„t of it fat is we do. We think, the clubs Save dene marvellous work for the mission as everything was so beautifully made and the work was done with such a wonderful spirit. “We have now come to the end of this happy year in which, at the last we had Donald, from the orphanage with us goes on, in the little ways which mean so much— “SPREAD SUNSHINE, SCATTER JOY.’ ”
