•LONDON, February 12. The Berlin correspondent of the. “News Chronicle” says that General Goerihg has promulgated a law making his Secret Police the unchallenged masters of Prussia. Even provincial governors must obey them. They are to be installed in 35 towns, with branches at Kiel and Wilhelmshaven. The duties of the Secret Police will include enquiring into and resisting all movements endangering the State, and keeping the governors informed about them. They will fdso manage the State concentration camps.
