YOUTHS REMANDED
ALLEGED CONVERSION OE CAR
(IPSCUi 70 TIS rest*.) TIMARU, February 13. ' Two youths, Alvin Henry Wilson and Hugh Oglesby, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court, Timaru, yesterday, before Mr C. R. Orr Walker, S.M., charged with having at Christchurch, on February 11, unlawfully converted a car, valued at £l3O, the property of Patrick Keenan, to their own use, Senior-Sergeant D, J. Hewitt said that the car was taken from Christchurch and later was found at Pukaki. The accused were arrested on Wednesday night by the Falrlle police. Both the accused were remanded to appear before a magistrate at Christchurch to-morrow as also was Richard Ernest Thompson, who appeared before Mr A. P,* Greenfield, jr,P„ in toe afternoon in respect of toe same charge.
