RESULTS IN VICTORIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS CRAWFORD ON WAY TO FINALS (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPTNIQHT.) MELBOURNE, December 13. In the Victorian lawn tennis championships the results were:— Combined Doubles Second Round. Turnbull and Miss J. Walters beat Huxley and Miss Nicholls, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3. Turnbull and Miss Walters beat Clemenger and Miss Menzies, 5-7, 6-4, 6-3. Men’s Singles Semi-final Crawford beat Bromwich 4-6, 6-1, 6-1, 6-3. Crawford will meet the winner of the Quist-Hopman match in the final. Quist beat Hopman, 6-1, 6-3, 6-1. TENNIS MATCH PLAY. Players all over Canterbury ape playing with Dunlop Tennis Balls—selling at 2s a pair at The Tennis Shop.
