UNEMPLOYMENT IN MALVERN
TO THE EDIT /E OF THE PRESS. Sir,—l am glad that “Disgusted” has expressed the mind of more than a few in the Hawarden district. The same business is going 6n in Malvern, too. I would like to know if the County Council has any authority to see that men take the work that is offering instead of hanging on for Christmas gifts and other benefits at the expense of the men who prefer a steady job or pick up the usual seasonal work offering.—Yours, etc., ANOTHER DISGUSTED.
