EMPIRE MIGRATION REPORT
* FAVOURABLE REPLIES FROM DOMINIONS LONDON, December 12. All the Dominions, through their High Commissioners, have now replied to the migration report of Mr Malcolm Mac Donald (Secretary of State for the Dominions). The replies gdnerally are favourable, but only Australia and New Zealand are likely to figure in early practical action, as Canada is not in a position to resume migration and South Africa is limiting it to those with ample capital.
