KAIMAI'S LONG TRIP DELAYED BY SOUTHERLY GALE ( (THE MUSS Special s»rric- : DUNEDIN, September 12 After battling against a terrific gale for 47 hours the Union Steam Shiv Company's cargo steamer Kaimai arrived at Dunedin at noon to-day frten Wellington. The vessel received a s<_ivere buffeting, but no damage wa« done. . I Captain Evans stated that it was one ! of the worst storms he bad ever eni countered in Cook Strait.
