Shareholders in Dominion Breweries, Ltd., at a meeting to-day, carried unwiimously a proposal to issue 40,000 preference shares of £1 each. new shares will be available to shareholders in the ratio of one preference share for every two ordinary shares The shares will carry a cumulative dividend of 5 per cent, and will rank equally with ordinary shares for dividend in the event of profits being available after payment of a dividend of 5 per cent on ordinary shares.
