BISHOP CARRINGTON CONSECRATED
DIOCESE OF QUEBEC QUEBEC, July 25. Dr. Phillip Carrington, son of a former Dean of Christchurch, New Zealand, was to-day formally consecrated seventh Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Quebec, succeeding Bishop Lennox Williams. The ceremony took place at Holy Trinity Cathedral, Bishop Richardson of Fredericton, officiated, and high dignitaries of the Church attended.
