AEROPLANE CRASH
MACHINE TAKEN TO SOCKBUKN The Canterbury Aero Club's Moth aeroplane, ZK-AAW, which was badly damaged in a crash at Ohoka on Friday evening, was dismantled at the place of the crash by members of the Aero Club staff on Saturday and taken to the aerodrome at Sockburn. The work of reconstruction will not begin for some time. No official information as to how the accident happened is available yet. Mr J. J. Busch, commercial pilot to the Aero Club, who was the more seriously injured of the two occupants, was reported yesterday to be a little better. The other occupant, Mr A. C. Barnes, was also reported to be improving.
