Labour party, Returned Soldiers' Association rooms, to-morrow, 7 p.m. meeting of members and supporters. Salvation Army Hall, to-morrow, fifty-first anniversary services. Labour Party Meeting Mr F. Langstone, MP, will address a meeting of members and supporters of the Lyttelton branch of the New Zealand Labour party in the Returned Soldiers' Association rooms to-morrow evening at 7 o'clock. Harbour Light Theatre "West of the Pecos," which will be presented at the Harbour Light Theatre this afternoon and evening and on Monday evening, is western romance by Zane Grey. Richard Dix heads the cast, and there is plenty of excitement and comedy in the story. A coloured cartoon, two comedies, and a newsreel will also be screened. The Water Supply A serious breakdown occurred at the Exeter street pumping station on Thursday afternoon, with the result that the supply to the higher levels in the town was threatened yesterday. The damage was inspected yesterday morning by members of the borough council, and it was expected that repairs would be completed yesterday in time to maintain the supply. Miniature Eifle Shooting: The junior team of the Lyttelton Miniature Rifle Club fired a match against Cashmere on the Cashmere range on Wednesday, and was defeated by 549 to 543. E. Whitford 70, L. Symonds 69, and C. Williams 69 shot best for Lyttelton. On Thursday the senior team met the New Brighton team on the Lyttelton range. The scores were: Lyttelton 551/2, New Brighton 550/1. The scores registered by the Lyttelton members were as follows: R. Poulson 70, E. Whitford 69/70, H. McDonald, 09, L. Williams 69, W. Taylor 69, J. Wyatt 69, C. Poulsen 68, A.
