RUGBY FOOTBALL
COLLEGE MATCHES 1 This year the Christ's College Old Boys' town v. country football match will be played on the college ground on Wednesday, August 14, at 3 p.m. The game will be preceded by a past v. present match, which will begin at 1.30 p.m. The Christ's College v. St. Bede's College match will be played at St. Bede's College on Saturday, July 6, at 2.45 "p.m. The match with Christchurch Boys' High School will be played on the college ground on Wednesday, July 17, at 2.45 p.m., and on that evening the Old Collegians' Football Club's cabaret dance will be held in the Winter Garden. The Otago Boys* High School match will be played on the college ground on Monday, July 29, at 2.45 p.m. The tournament will take place at Wanganui on August 24 and 26.
G. T. NOLAN LEAVES FOR WEST COAST G. T. Nolan, the Old Boys and Canterbury Rugby representative fullback, left for the West Coast last evening.
