The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says the Theatre of the People, on Good Friday, gave a special performance of the "-Passion of the German people," in which Germany is symbolically depicted as undergoing a form of Calvary until redeemed by Hitler. Religious circles regard the performance as blasphemous, particularly after General LudendorfFs assertion that he was finished with Christianity. ,

The Brussels correspondent of the "Daily Herald" says news has been received that Fritz Husemann, former president of the Miners' International, has been murdered by Nazi guards at Papenburg concentration camj). The usual pretext for such murders, "shot while attempting to escape," being given. The news has been suppressed in Germany, but there is intense resentment in the mining population of the Ruhr. Husernann's recent imprisonment was due to his attempt to obtain compensation for members of the Miners' Federation whom the Nazis dismissed.
