MONTHLY MEETING HELD '
The monthly meeting of the WeSsh Club was held on Saturday, the pre* sident, Mr R. Wynne Owen, presiding. As part of a series of talks ort th® counties of Wales, descriptions o£ AO" glesea and Pembrokeshire were fiivea by Miss Thomas and Mr D. James address on ancient Wales was given "J Mr J. Davies, of Lyttelton, and * sketch of Mr Lloyd George, prepa«« by Mrs Hook, was read by Mrs Dix» Songs were sung in Welsh by Master C.. Hook, Misses Myfanwy and Griffiths, and the juvenile choir a programme of songs. A drainaK recitation in Welsh entitled "The y*" laws," was given by Mr O. R. Jones.
