WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE IN FRANCE
£ MUTISir .MINISTER'S WIFE GIVES ADDRESS PARIS, January 27. As women's suffrage is again being discussed in France, a lecture by the wife of Mr Oliver Stanley, British Minister for Labour, on the part women have played in public life in Great Britain since they received the vote, was widely reported in the press. One newspaper has started a referendum among its readers: "Should French Women be Enfranchised?"
