SHIP'S MASTER DROWNED
LAST TO ATTEMPT TO LEAVE WRECK . HALIFAX, January 18. Piling up on a rocky shore in a heavy snowstorm and high seas, the British freighter Kenkerry became a complete wreck. Twenty-nine of her crew were rescued, but Captain Duncan Milne, the last to leave, was drowned when he missed the breeches-buoy and was swept away as the ship broke in half under the terrific pounding.
