Fascists, was made by Lord Melchett when he addressed 3000 Jewish returned soldiers in the Albert Hall. "This second-hand Hitler (Sir Oswald Mosley) made a violent attack on our people in this hall last Sunday," he said. "I might honour a genuine anti-Semite, but I do not like a sham one. Sir. Oswald might reflect that in Germany his own children would be denied the rights of citizenship because thfey had a Jewish grandparent. "Sir Oswald wrote to me two years ago disowning all intention of anti-Semitism. Now he ,believes he can: raise himself up to power with a popular cry engendering hatred among the people of this country. He has been rejected by every serious party, and he has missed every political bus, Now he is. trying to pedal his way to fame on a second-hand bicycle. But he won'-t----succeed in England. It is said that
