resolution which banned St. John's relax in the case of Rotary? The Chapter may have a perfectly reasonable reply, but if it has, it should publish it if only to save itself from a charge of snobbery which will otherwise be directed against it—and with apparently good reason.—Yours, etc., JOHN STRAIGHT.
