Tn a report of the meeting oi. creditors of Donald R. H. Whisker, radio engineer, which appeared in "The Press" on Tuesday, bankrupt was quoted as saying that his inability to pay his debts was due to the failure of Frascati, Ltd., to pay him the amount owing under a contract. At the time when Mr Whisker did the contract work, the restaurant was not owned by tlie linn of Frascati, Ltd.. which controls it at present, and of which Mr L. M. Gregory is managing director. The firm of Frascati, Ltd.. was formed only upon the failure o£ the original promoters of the restaurant.
