In the same house in which his father and grandfather celebrated ther golden weddings—in 1907 and 1881—Sir William Meade-King, of West Monkton (Somerset), held the celebration of his own golden wedding recently. All three married at the age of 25, and Sir William was present at the two previous celebrations.
