CATHEDRAL ORGAN RECITAL
The fourth of a series of organ recitals by Dr. J. C. Bradshaw was given in the Cathedral last evening. Miss Cecily Audibcrl sang two sacred solos. The following was the programme:— Organ sonata, No. 3 (Mendelssohn), Pastorale in G from the Second Symphony iWidor); soprano solo, "Rejoice Greatly" from "The Messiah" (Handel): "Prayer and Cradle Song" (Guilmant); overture for full orchestra, "Tannhauser" (Wagner); Madrigal (Lemare); soprano solo, "Come Unto Him," from "The Messiah" (Handel): Romance in D Flat, for the Pianoforte (Sibelius); Fantasia in F Major (Best).
