SHIPPING NOTES. The Holmglen was delayed at Timaru on Wednesday night and is now due here this morning to load for Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth, and Waikato. The Wingatui, due this morning from Timaru, is to load for Auckland and will sail via Wellington. The Waikouaiti, which was due today from Timaru, is now to arrive to-morrow. She will discharge and load and is to sail for Sydney via Bluff. ' , The Opihi is expected here on Tuesday from the south to load for Nelson and New Plymouth. The Breeze is timed to load here to-morrow for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. The Storm is due here on Thursday next from the south and will take in cargo for Wellington, Wanganui, and New Plymouth. The Kalingo. is to arrive here tomorrow from Grafton and Newcastle, via Wellington. She will complete discharge at Dunedin. The Waitaki is due here on Tuesday from Auckland and Wellington and is to sail for Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru. RUAHINE AT LYTTELTON After an uneventful voyage from London, the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Ruahine arrived at Lyttelton yesterday morning to disembark South Island passengers and to commence discharge. The vessel sailed from London on October 4, and arrived at Wellington on Wednesday morning, where she disembarkec' North Island passengers and discharged mails. The Ruahine has : large amount of London cargo for discharge at Lyttelton, including a bit consignment of motor-cars. She brought 124 passengers to New Zealand, of whom 23 were for the South Island. -
