* COMPLAINT TO AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT (Received. November 12, IO.JiO p.m.) CANBERRA, November 12. Emphasising what they described as the urgent necessity for consideration being given by the Commonwealth Government to unfair competition by foreign subsidised shipping with British shipping in overseas trade, and also the intrusion of subsidised foreign shipping in the trade with mandated and other territories, a deputation from the Sydney Chamber of Commerce obtained an assurance from Sir George Pearce that their representations would be brought before Mr J.
