The "Daily Express" says that arrangements are being made to send 114,000 unemployed juveniles back lo school if they cannot find work vithin a year. Buildings are being adapted to meet new educational needs, and teachers are being enrolled. The attendance of pupils at the schools will be at least 15 hours a week.
