NEW ZEALAND FEDERATION The sixteenth annual conference of the New Zealand Timber Merchants' Federation was held in the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce Hall yesterday, when Mr W. H. Brent, of Dunedin, presided. Delegates were present from all parts of the Dominion. The election of officers resulted:— I>*esidemv Mr H. J. Otley (Christchurch*; vice-president, Mr . W. H.
